為什麼福記食品不需要使用防腐劑可以保存一年?

1. 因為「福記食品」整個廠房為國際級自動化設備。
2. 製造流程嚴格控管,精緻滷製後自動烘培,產品入味後立即無菌真空包裝。
3. 真空包裝及殺菌後,產品裝在沒有空氣,沒有細菌的包裝袋中,不加防腐劑也不會變質。也因如此,拆開包裝後如未食用完畢就要放冰箱冷藏,否則容易變質。

               Why Fuche’s products can be kept for one year without adding antiseptic?

  1. Fuche owns international automatic equipment
  2. The manufacture flow is controlled strictly. All the products are roasted automatically after stewed, then vacuum packed and sterilized immediately.
  3. After the vacuum packing and the sterilization, the products won’t be perishable due to there are no air and bacterium in the sack. Therefore, the products should be kept in refrigerator after opened.
